Why was my sports bet settled incorrectly?

If you think your bet has been settled incorrectly by us then we'd recommend that firstly you double check the betting rules for that particular bet type.

We also recommend that you you go to the corresponding league's official statistic page and check the results they have listed.

If after checking, you are sure the settlement was done incorrectly, then please Contact Customer Service citing the bet slip number and any way you have of substantiating your claim from an official source. For example: a link to the official club site results.

Some common sources of confusion:

  • Touchdown Scorer props refer to the player that actually crosses the goal line to score. The player that throws the ball does not qualify as the Touchdown Scorer
  • An OVER in a Total Score market must EXCEED the listed number. If the total is 45 and the final scoring totals 45, then this is a Push and your wager will be returned to your account
  • A Spread Bet is a common bet and will PUSH if the games winning/losing margin equals the Spread number. If the Spread is 7 points and the Favorite wins by exactly 7, then this will result in a PUSH and your wager will be returned
  • Total Bases are how many bases were reached as a result of a base hit. (Walks, HBP, Reached on Error, etc. do NOT count towards Total Bases)
  • Dead Heat Rules - In sports like Golf you can bet on finishing positions like Top 5. Sometimes there will be more than 5 players that finish in the Top 5. When this happens, Dead Heat rules will apply where the payout would be calculated after the odds are divided and multiplied by the stake, irrespective whether the net payout is lower than the patron's stake. (see our House Rules for a more comprehensive breakdown of what sports may be impacted by Dead Heat Rules)
