Any patron with play that generated a W2G in the tax year of 2023 will receive an email asking them if they would like to opt-in to receive these documents via electronic delivery service. Patrons that receive this email will have until January 15th, 2024 to follow the link in the email and select to opt-in to receive the documents via electronic delivery service. If a patron does not opt-in to electronic delivery service by January 15th, 2024, that patron's W2G's and a copy of their Net Win/Loss Statement will be sent through US Postal Service physical mail to the mailing address Play Gun Lake has on file for their account.
Net Win/Loss Statements
Any patron wishing to receive a Net Win/Loss Report for their Play Gun Lake iGaming tax year of 2023 can do so by contacting customer support through Live Chat Support or through Email starting on January 16th, 2024. When contacting Customer Support for this inquiry, please be aware that it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to receive the requested documents.
Gaming and/or Banking Transactions
Any patron wishing to access Banking (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, etc) and Gaming transactions from their account may do so by following the steps provided below.
Login to your account then navigate to ‘My Account’ tab (Locations: on PC/MAC: Top Right, on iOS: Bottom Center, on Android: Bottom Center.
Select a time frame from the 'Time Period' drop down menu.
Select a type of transaction from the 'Transaction Type' drop down menu
At this point you will see your transactions. You can also click the 'All', 'Gaming' or 'Banking' tabs to jump between the three. Clicking the 'Export' button will export the selected transactions as an excel .csv file (a .csv file is a type of excel spreadsheet file).
