If you need to upload requested documents either for Customer Support or for the Payments and Security Team, you must go to our Secure Upload Server Link:
If Customer Support asked you to submit documents as part of an Account Update (Address change, Phone Number change, etc.) CLICK HERE
If our Payments Team requested docs as part of the Withdrawal process CLICK HERE
If our Payments Team asked you to submit documents as part of the "Know Your Customer"/Registration process (may require additional documents to verify you) CLICK HERE
If our Payment's Team is requesting documents from you, then you would have received an email to the Email Address associated with your account, please look for this email to make sure you are uploading the correct documents.
Standard documents to verify your account are as follows:
- Valid Driver's License, ID, or Passport
- Credit/Debit Card used to deposit
- Bank Statement for bank account used to deposit
- Utility Bill or Bank Statement (if the address on your ID differs from the address on your Play Gun Lake account)
Once a document has been received and verified, we will not ask for the same document again (unless expired). For security purposes, we only need to see the last 4 digits of an uploaded card, along with the cardholder's name and the expiration date. For Bank Statements or Utility Bills, they must be dated within the last 60 days and must contain the account holder's name.
If you ever have questions on documents that may be needed to verify your account, please email the Payments Team directly at Paymentssecurityteammi@playgunlake.com.
NOTES:
If you have multiple files uploaded, they must be uploaded one (1) file at a time.
