Sometimes there may be some differences If Customer Support asked you to submit documents as part of an Account Update (Address change, Phone Number change, etc.) CLICK HERE

If our Payments Team asked you to submit documents as part of the "Know Your Customer"/Registration process (may require additional documents to verify you) CLICK HERE

If you have multiple files uploaded, they must be uploaded one (1) file at a time.

HEIC (iOS) Files – Unfortunately we are unable to open .HEIC files. This format exists in Apple iOS. You will need to change these files to a format that is supported (.jpg, .png, .bmp for example).
