In the event that a patron forgets their password, it should be noted that any and all password changes will require Two-Factor Authentication to verify your identity. This is a security measure we take to protect the safety of our patrons' personal information.
- Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters. You may only use letters (A-Z or a-z), numbers (0-9) and Special Symbols (!#$%^&*()-+@№:|\±<>?). There should be no spaces between characters, and should contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.
