I’d like to change my Withdrawal Method or the Amount, can I do that?

If a Withdrawal Request is still pending under the ‘Banking’ section of the ‘My Account’ Tab, you may cancel the Pending Withdrawal Request and resubmit the Withdrawal Request using a new method.

Please note that all of our Withdrawal Requests are reviewed and approved in the order received and cancelling a Withdrawal Request then submitting a new Withdraw Request will put that new request at the back of the current queue.

To cancel a Pending Withdrawal Request, login to your account then navigate to ‘My Account’ tab (Locations: on PC/MAC: Top Right, on iOS: Bottom Center, on Android: Top Left Hamburger Menu). Select one of the two ‘Banking’ buttons along the top or side menu.

 

Scroll down to the Pending Withdrawals section and select the withdrawal request you would like to cancel.

Select 'Cancel withdrawal request,' and once complete, you will see a message that says 'Transaction was canceled.' 

Please note that the Pending Withdrawal Requests that are not canceled within a few hours may not appear. If you do not see the Pending Withdrawal Request you would like to cancel, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
