In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in AOL Webmail, you will need to add us to your Contacts:
1. Click Contacts in the Navigation Panel.
2. Click the ‘New Contact’ icon.
3. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘Add Contact’.
Apple Mail
In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Apple Mail, you will need to add us to your Contacts:
1. Open the Address Book from the Launchpad, Dock, or Applications Folder.
2. Click the + symbol below the contact list.
3. Enter our name (Play Gun Lake) and email (misupport@playgunlake.com).
4. Finish by selecting 'Done', choosing 'Save' from the File Menu, or pressing Command+S on a MAC.
Comcast
In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Comcast email, you will need to add us to your Contacts:
1. Select ‘Address Book’.
2. Click ‘New’, then ‘New Contact’.
3. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘Save’.
Gmail
In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Gmail, you will need to add us to your Contacts:
1. Select ‘Contacts’ from your options at the left of your inbox.
2. Select ‘Create Contact’.
3. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘Save’.
Hotmail
If you receive an e-mail from us successfully, you will see an option to ‘Mark as safe’ and ‘Add to contacts’. You may use either option to automatically add us as a safe sender.
If you are not receiving e-mails, however, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Log in and click on ‘Options’.
2. Under ‘Show options for’, select, ‘Hotmail’.
3. Click ‘Safe and blocked senders’.
4. Under ‘Safe and blocked senders’, select ‘Safe senders’.
5. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘Add to List’.
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook has different instructions depending on which version you are using.
2003, 2007, and Express:
1. Click ‘Actions’, located in your toolbar at the top.
2. Click ‘Junk E-mail’.
3. Click ‘Junk E-mail Options’.
4. Select the tab labeled ‘Safe Sender’.
5. Click ‘Add’.
6. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘OK’.
2010:
1. Click on the tab labeled ‘Home’.
2. Click ‘Junk’.
3. On the drop-down, select ‘Junk E-mail Options’.
4. Select the tab labeled ‘Safe Sender’.
5. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘OK’.
Mozilla Thunderbird
In Mozilla Thunderbird, you may simply select ‘Mark As Not Junk’ on any e-mail you receive.
To add us as a safe sender without an email, follow these instructions:
1. Click on ‘Address Book’.
2. Highlight ‘Personal Address Book’.
3. Click ‘New Card’.
4. Under a tab labeled ‘Contact’, enter misupport@playgunlake.com in the ‘From’ address and click ‘OK’.
Verizon
Here’s how to add us as a safe sender using Verizon e-mail:
1. Select ‘Options’.
2. Select ‘Block Senders’.
3. In the ‘Safe List’, enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ‘OK’.
Yahoo
In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Yahoo, you will need to add us to your Contacts:
1. Click on your address book and select ‘Contacts’.
2. Click ‘New Contact’.
3. Enter misupport@playgunlake.com and click ’Save
