My Game is Stuck/Frozen, how do I resume it?

Due to connection issues, sometimes game rounds are unable to be completed. In these cases, you should try the following troubleshooting techniques:

  • Log out of your current game session then log back in and go to the game in question.
  • If you are using the IOS or Android App, you may also try uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling the app. (Note: This will not delete information stored on your account)
  • If you’re playing on your desktop, try to clear your cookies and cache.
  • Login back in and go to the game in question.

The game should complete or you will be prompted to take an action within the game. If you are unable to resume the game after the above-mentioned steps, please contact player support.
