Why was my deposit declined?

One of our goals at betPARX is to make sure you are able to easily add money into your account. Sometimes this may not work out the way we would like it to, which may be frustrating. 

 

Reasons why your deposit may be declined:

1. Card information

Double check to make sure the name, card number, expiration date, security code, and state/zip code all match the account information associated with your card. Make sure the card is not expired. 

 

2. Bank/Account Restrictions

Some banks may decline transactions involving Online Casinos and Sportsbooks. Check with your bank to see if they might be temporarily restricting online transactions from your account.

Here are a few that may restrict online gaming transactions (This is not a complete list):

  • Capital One

  • Comerica Bank

  • Goldman Sachs

  • Some Citibank Cards

 

If your bank/credit card does not support online wagering transactions, we suggest using a gift card/pre-paid card like Play+, or PaySafeCard or a virtual wallet like PayPal or Skrill. 

Payment options like the ones above will allow you to avoid bank restrictions on online wagering companies and get you back to playing your favorite games.
